摘 要:为了使常规短半衰期放射性核素In-113M能够用于RII研究,作者对传统RII方法进行改进,建立了DTPA预定位技术,即首先将抗肿瘤抗体在体外偶联,注入体内,待3天后抗体与肿瘤结合,再注入游离In-113M。In-113M可与Ab上的DTPA结合,从而可在注射In-113M后2小时达到肿瘤显像效果。DTPA预定位技术的建立,简化了RII的研究方法,有利于RII研究从科研阶段走向临床应用。In order to make use of rutinely short half-life radio-isotopes In113M in radioimmunoimaging(RII),we innovated the conventional method of RII and dveloped a DTPA pretargeted scintigraphy technique,in which tumor antibody (Ab)was conjugated with DTPA in vitro,and then injected to patient intravenously. Three days later,once the Ab had combined with tumor specifically,In-113M was injected into the body.In-113M could bind with DTPA quickly and scanning was performed in 2 hours.Twenty one cancer patients were studied using this tech nique,5 were negative and 16 positive.The concordance rate with the clinical diagnosis was 19 out of 21,and it was 10/10 with those Who had histoiogical diagnosis.It is suggested that DTPA pretargeted scintigraphy technique would make the RIIstudy simpler and be applied clinically.
