摘　　要：目的:探讨舌痛发生机制及治疗方法。方法:对36例舌微循环障碍舌痛症患者进行组织学、血液流变学和甲皱微循环研究,并采用从当归注射液为主的中西医结合治疗。结果:此类舌痛症患者虽无典型微血管炎症,但均存在明显的高粘血症及微循环障碍。采用以当归注射液为主的中西医结合治疗均取得满意临床效果。结论:首次提出舌微血管障碍可能是舌痛的病因之一,采用当归注射液为主的中西医活血化瘀疗法,可获得良好疗效。Objective：To investigate the mechanism and treatment for glossdynia. Method：36 cases with microcirculation disorder in tougue were studied by histlolgy, hemorheology and nail microcirculation treared by conbined and western medicne. Result：Hyper-viscosity of blood and microcircution disorder were found in the patients, though vasculitis wash＇t detected. Conclusion： Microvessel disorder maybe a cause of glossodynia, Injection Argelicaes is a good drug for promoting blood circulation.
