摘 要:矿物绝缘油生物降解性能差、闪点低,不能满足环保和高防火性能的要求。以植物油为基础油的绝缘油可完全生物降解、闪点高、相对介电常数大,对环境无污染,是矿物绝缘油的良好替代品。该文选用市售转基因菜籽油为原料,提出精炼及改性的方法,研究了理化及电气性能。试验发现了温度、微水对菜籽绝缘油的电气性能影响的一些规律,并对工频击穿电压、介质损失角正切、介电常数、体积电阻率等进行了深入研究,指出菜籽绝缘油相对于矿物油的优点及不足。菜籽绝缘油的电气强度高,相对介电常数高,但运动粘度、凝点较高,较矿物油易于氧化。Mineral oil is poorly biodegradable and has a low flash point. It could not satisfy the requirement of environmental sustainability and fireproofing. Whereas, vegetable oil based dielectric liquid is fully biodegradable and has a higher flash point and relative permittivity.It is a potential substitute for conventional insulating liquids now. A kind of insulating oil refined from a transgenic rapeseed oil was presented. The oil refined procedure was introduced, and chemical, physical and electric properties were figured out. Influences of temperature and water content on the electrical breakdown voltage, dielectric loss factor tan δ, relative permittivity and volume resistivity of the refined oil were acquired by experiments. Experiment results indicate the transgenic rapeseed oil based dielectric liquid possesses some advantages and shortages to mineral insulating oil. Rapeseed insulating oil has higher breakdown voltage and relative permittivity, but viscosity and pour point are high, and it is more susceptible to oxidation than mineral oil.
