摘 要:为了抑制转速波动、降低振动,提出了一种新型结构的U型单相自起动永磁同步电机。基于时步有限元法对该电机的动态起动过程进行了仿真计算,从所得的起动特性曲线中可以看出,采用新结构后大大降低了电机转矩和转速的脉动。同时针对增加铜套后由涡流损耗所引起的永磁体转子发热现象,在利用A,?-A法求解三维涡流场的基础上,对转子温度场进行了三维有限元计算,得到了改进结构后永磁体的温度。将计算结果与实验结果进行了对比,验证了电机结构改进的有效性和所采用分析方法的可靠性。这为该电机的进一步优化设计与性能研究奠定了基础。In order to restrain the fluctuation of speed and reduce the vibration, a kind of U-shape single phase permanent magnet synchronies motor with new configuration is introduced in this paper. Based on the time stepping finite element method, the dynamic starting process of the motor is simulated. The characteristic curves of the starting shows that the torque of the U-shape single phase permanent magnet motor is decreased and the fluctuation is reduced by adopting the new configuration. At the same time, aimed at the phenomenon of heating caused by the eddy loss when the copper sleeve is added, the temperature of the permanent with improved configuration is gotten after testing the temperature field of the rotor by 3D finite element calculation on the basis of solving the 3D eddy field with A, φ-A method. Finally compared the calculation results and the experiment results, the effectiveness of the improved configuration of the motor and the reliability of its analysis method are proved.
