摘　　要：实施“三名”战略是全面提升医院内涵的一项系统工程。无锡市第一人民医院通过准确定位,创建品牌,在医院综合实力上求提升。调整结构,凸现特色,在专科建设水平上求发展。系统思考,整体开发,在人才培养内涵上求突破。实践启发我们,“名医”工程必须走出培养论、条件论、速成论、不变论四个思想误区,抓好教育、呵护、使用、管理四个环节。“名科”建设要辨证处理好名科与学科、主科与辅科、硬件与软件、内培与外引四个关系。创立名院要有机遇的意识、系统的观点、战略的管理、品牌的概念。It＇s a systematic project to implement ＂3 fames＂ strategies to promote the hospital＇s connotation. The First People＇ s Hospital in Wuxi tries to improve their comprehensive ability by finding their accurately position and setting up the brand, and to develop special departments by adjusting the structure and exhibiting the specialty, to improve the person＇ s cultivation by systematic thinking and integrated exploration, practices enlightens us that ＂f amous doctor＂ project must get rid of the four thought mistakes of cultivation, condition, hurrying accomplishment and constant theory, and seize four links of cultivation, take care, usage and management. ＂Famous subject＂ project must deal well with four relationships of famous subjects and common subjects, main subjects and auxiliary subjects, hardware and software, cultivation inner and out. And developing ＂famous hospital＂ calls for awareness of opportunity, systematic view, strategic management and brand conception.
