急性白血病谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶π表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨急性白血病(AL)患者谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶π(GSTπ)的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测94例AL患者白血病细胞中GSTπ的表达。结果GSTπ阳性率为22.3%,在急性髓细胞白血病(AML)中阳性率高于急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL),P<0.05,初治组阳性率为15%(10/67),复发/难治组为41.0%(11/27),GSTπ阳性者CR率低于GSTπ阴性者(25%∶82%),P<0.05,GSTπ表达与P170表达呈显著正相关。结论GSTπ是AL临床耐药的一个有价值的标志,且与P170显著正相关。Objective To research the clinical implication of the GSTπ expression in patients with acute leukemia. Method The expressions of GST π were measured in 94 patients with acute leukemia by immunohistochemistry S-P assay. Results The positive rate GSTπ was 22.3% , which was higher in AML than in ALL （ P 〈 0.05 ）, The positive rate in the first treatment group was 15 % （ 10/67 ）, which in relapse group was 41.0% （ 11/ 27 ）. CR rate in the GST π position group was lower than that in the GSTπ negative group（ 25% ： 82% ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）, Expression of GST ~ positively correlated with P170. Conclusions GSTπ is one of the a valuable markers of clinical drug-resistance in AL and positively correlates with P170.
