18例中晚期前列腺癌治疗的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中晚期前列腺癌治疗的疗效。方法:回顾分析2001年3月至2005年10月收治的18例中晚期前列腺癌,采用内分泌治疗、放射治疗、介入治疗等方法,并对其并发症进行治疗,综合评价其疗效。结果:18例患者中2例死亡,16例存活,随访无生化指标复发1例,部分缓解15例。结论:中晚期前列腺癌经综合治疗,特别是加强对其并发症的治疗,可提高其生存率和生活质量。Objective： To evaluate the therapeutic efliicacy for the middle to advanced stage prostate cancer. Methods： 18 patients with middle to advanced stage prostate cancer were treated with radiotherapy（ 10 cases）, hormonal therapy（ 18 cases） and interventional therapy（5 cases）, respectively. The management of the complication was also studied and reviewed. Results： For a total of 18 patients, 2 patients died and 16 were survived. One case was biochemical recurrence-free, and 15 cases had partial response （PR）. Conclusion： For the middle to advanced stage prostate cancer, comprehensive treatment can increase patient＇ s survival rate and improve llfe quality.
