摘　　要：介绍一种微机控制的，采用参数反馈的电液伺服系统的管道脉冲闪光焊机的机电特点、控制原理、实现脉冲闪光焊管道样机的工艺试验结果分析。This paper introduces the principal mechanical and electrical features of a pipe flash butt welding machine which is controlled by a microprocessor based parameter feedback servo system. Moreover, the experimental results of pipe butt welding process using pulsed flashing techniques with this machine have been analysed.
