摘 要:上世纪末以来,中国、美国以及欧美的报业市场几乎同时出现集中趋势,但形成原因以及形成机制却有很大不同。为了迎接全球化所带来的传媒业的国际竞争,中国报业有必要通过市场化的经济运行机制,在充分竞争的基础上实现规模经济,以增强国际竞争力。Since the end of the last century, there has been an obvious trend of concentration in the newspaper markets of America, Europe and China almost at the same time, though with different causations in those different countries. In order to respond more rigorously to the competition in media industries resulted from globalization, China's newspaper industries must implement an economy in a large scale through the mechanism of market economy based on perfect competition, so as to enhance its capability of competition in the world.
