摘　　要：随着网上参考咨询服务的不断开展,其咨询员行为规范的制定越来越受到重视,并被提上议事日程,但由于多方面的原因,我国业内在规范的制定方面存在着许多问题,文章针对这一情况,结合工作中的实践经验,提出规范制定过程中应注意的若干原则,从而使得规范更具科学性,实用性,生命力。With the development of digital reference service, the rules become more and more important, but for many reasons, there are a lot of problems in establishment of digital reference service behavior rules. Based on this situation, combined with practical work, the anther brings up some principles for establishment of digital reference service rules in order to make it more practical and more useful.
