毛乌素沙地“十一五”综合治理研究

摘　　要：以内蒙古乌审旗为例，在调查研究该旗沙化土地治理现状的基础上，剖析毛乌素沙地防沙治沙面临的形势和任务，结合三北防护林体系四期工程建设，提出了毛乌素沙地“十一五”综合治理要以科学发展观为指导，调整发展思路，实施“区域治理、重点突破”战略，坚持发展、保护和提高并重，以发展、保护为主，坚持“精造林、大封育、广飞播”，实行项目管理，落实责任措施。The paper takes Wushen Banner of the Inner Mongol as an example. On the basics of the investigation the current situation of Desertified land control, it analyzes the situation and task that sand protection and control faces. Combine the fourth stage of three northern shelterbelt engineering construction, it proposes that integrative control on Mu Su Sandland during the period of Eleventh Five-Year Plan should regard scientific development view as guidelines, adjust the thinking of development, implement the strategy of ＂ Control by classified area, break through especiaUy ＂, insist on developing, protecting and improving and regarding as equally important, keep on ＂ precise to afforest, Seal breeding greatly, sow widely by airplane ＂, implement the project management, implement the responsibility measure.
