摘 要:电力系统中存在着大量架空线路,巡视和维护需要花费大量人力和物力。建立电力巡线预警机制可大大减少巡线成本。利用多角度机载遥感影像数据可以生成数字表面模型(DSM),测量出导线与周围物体间的距离,进而进行预警。文中主要介绍预警模型的设计及其实现方法。采用抛物线方程对高压线路进行拟合,定义DSM到高压电力线路的最短距离作为预警指标值,并给出具体算法。根据飞行拍摄方案,从数据存储和快速可视化表达角度出发,定义了层次数据格式(HDF)的预警信息文件结构,并内建预警信息的金字塔层次。在预警信息的可视化表达上,给出了预警等级图、预警等级图与正射影像融合图、伪彩色预警图等3种图的生成方法,使预警结果直观、方便。文中对电力线路拟合精度和3种可视化表达方法的特点进行了讨论。Power lines are subject to damages caused by atrocious weather and surrounding objects such as big branches of trees. To prevent an accident, costly on-the-spot routine inspection and maintenance have to be made frequently. Therefore, it is significant to build an early alerting system to improve the efficiency and decrease expenditure. An efficient alerting model is presented based on a digital surface model (DSM), which is generated from multi-angle remote sensing images, power line towers and spacers are identified to fit the power line as a parabola, and the shortest distance between DSM pixels and power line is calculated and defined as the alerting index. An HDF data format is developed to store the alerting data, which provides powerful support to perform fast views through the built in raster pyramid of the alerting maps. Three approaches are adopted to view the maps, namely, the alerting classes map, the fusion map of the alerting classes map and other images, and the pseudo-color alerting map. The code of the alerting model is integrated in the airborne multi-angle power line inspection system ( AMPLI).
