摘　　要：研究用抗人肺癌 ＭｃＡｂ Ｌｃ－１ＩｇＭ片段进行人肺放射免疫显象的灵敏度和特异性，试图使之成为肺癌临床诊断的可靠方法之一。用ＳＰＥＣＴ进行此检查，共检查了５７例由外科手术和病理诊断证实的原发性肺癌、转移性肺癌和良性肺疾病患者、结果：本组显象的灵敏度８９％，特异性８３％。结论：本方法具有简便、安全、特异性高等优点，值得进一步研究和探讨。PURPOSE The application of anti-human lung cancer monoclonal antibody (McAb) Lc-1 IgM fragment was performed for human lung radioimmunoimaging. The sensitivity and specificity of this agent were studied. We hope this method can be a reliable method for lung cancer diagnosis. METHODS The results were performed by Elscient Sp-6 SPECT. RESULTS 57 cases were performed by us, all cases were proved surgical operation and pathological diagnosis. 57 cases include primary lung cancer, metastatic lung cancer and benign lung diseases. CONCLUSIONS The results of this method was proved, its sensitivity was 89 %, specificity was 83 %, This method is very simple, safe, of high specificity, and it should be studied further in future.
