摘 要:采用有限体积法对Euler基本公式进行离散,利用SIMPLE算法,辅以边界条件的施加,建立铝型材稳态挤压过程数值模拟的数学模型,研究铝型材挤压过程有限体积法数值模拟关键技术,并开发了相应的模拟程序。分别以截面形状为圆形、工字形的平模挤压过程为例进行模拟,得到挤压过程的三维稳态速度场、温度场,并根据求出的速度场,得到其等效应变速率场,验证了所建立的铝型材挤压过程有限体积法数学模型的可行性。Euler equation is discretised by using finite volume method. The mathematic model of aluminum profile extrusion processes was established using SIMPLE algorithm and applying the boundary conditions. The key technologies for simulating aluminum profile extrusion processes using finite volume method were studied. A simulation program was developed, The non-isothermal aluminum profile extrusion processes with circular cross-section and I shaped cross-section were simulated. The three-dimensional steady velocity fields and temperature fields were obtained. The equivalent strain rate fields were also computed. The simulation results show that the established finite volume mathematic model for simulating aluminum profile extrusion processes is feasible.
