医学生临床实践技能评估指标体系的研究

摘　　要：本文以国家和军队医学教育主管部门的相关文件和教育目标分类理论为主要理论依据,采用文献检索法和专家咨询法,通过界定临床基本能力内容、确立评价目标、选择评价指标、制定指标评定标准,建立了一套五年制临床医学专业学生临床实践技能评估指标体系,并分析了指标体系的可行性和评价的效度、信度。同时,对临床实践技能与职业态度和职业道德评价问题进行了讨论。The article presents a set of more appropriate item system of clinical skills assessing for the students majoring five-year clinical medicine based theoretically on the documents and the classified theory of educational objectives of the country and army. It adopts the document retrieval process and expert consulting process, defining the content of basic clinical competence, setting the assessing goal, selecting assessing items, establishing criterion of the assessing items. It analyses the feasibility, assessing validity and reliability. Meanwhile, it discusses on the issues of clinical skills, professional attitude and moral.
