摘　　要：国有企业隐性失业显性化势在必然,隐性失业显性化对企业内、外成本都有很大影响,根据它们的相互关系可以建立起显性化的均衡模型。模型的核心是实现效率与稳定的均衡,这是关系到企业能否实现成功改制的关键。On the basis of the tendency that disguised unemployment is becoming open unemployment in state- owned enterpriscs. The paper analysises the influence of disguised unemployment becoming open unemployment on enterprise＇s internal and external cost. It makes equilirium model according to their relation ship.The core of the model is the equilirium between efficiency and steady to achieve state- owned enterprises＇ innovation.
