摘　　要：随着2002年欧盟对我国蜂产品实行禁运,被快速发展表象掩盖的我国蜂业国际竞争力劣势凸现,政府行为的缺失是造成这种现象发生的主要原因之一。借鉴国外经验,建立完善的补贴机制,对提高我国蜂业的国际竞争力有着不可或缺的重要作用。因此,在我国财力许可的范围内,建立健全补贴机制是提升我国蜂业国际竞争力的当务之急。Chinese apiculture remains at rather disadvantageous position, though it has a great comparative advantage over other countries. One of the major reasons is the lack of the government support. Considering other countries＇ successful experiences, subsidy policy is essential to promote Chinese apieulture＇ s competitiveness.In this ease it is vital to establish the subsidy system to achieve this purpose.
