摘　　要：该文从实验技术队伍在科学研究、人才培养和大型设备管理等方面的作用出发，从制定队伍建设规划的高度进行了初步思考，结合国家人事制度改革的精神，提出了提升实验技术队伍整体水平的一些思路和基本措施。This paper starts from the functions of lab staffs on science research, students cultivation and large equipment management, then gives some principium based on establishing the planning of lab staffs＇ construction, combining with the spirit of nation＇ s personnel system reform. Finally, this paper draws out some ideas and measures on improving the whole status of lab staffs.
