HPLC测定藏成药仲泽八味沉香散中没食子酸的含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定藏成药仲泽八味沉香散中没食子酸含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为Kromasil-C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇-0．02％磷酸（5：95），流速1ml·min^-1，检测波长274nm，柱温30℃。结果没食子酸在0．0618—0．3090μg范围内，呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9998），平均回收率为98．79％，RSD=0．77％。结论所建方法简便、快速，重复性好，能够控制仲泽八味沉香散的质量。OBJECTIVE To establish a method to determine content of gallic acid in Zhongze Bawei Chenxiang powder. METHODS An HPLC method was adopted with column Kromasil -C18 （250mm×4.6mm,5μm）. The mobile phase was consisted of methanol- 0.02% phosphoric acid （5：95） ,The flow velocity was 1 ml·min^-1 ,detection wavelength was set at 274 nm and temperature was 30℃. RESULTS The calibration curve showed a good linearity within the range of 0.0618 - 0.3090 μg. The average recovery was 98.79% with RSD of 0.77%. CONCLUSION The method is convenient, rapid and reliable for quality control of this preparation.
