套扎及硬化术治疗食管下段和胃底静脉曲张18例分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨食管下段胃底静脉曲张内镜下治疗及其安全性。方法:1995年3月至2005年10月对18例食管下段及胃底静脉曲张患者行硬化和套扎治疗。结果:17例术后食管远端曲张静脉均明显塌陷,1例胃底静脉曲张出血急诊硬化治疗后血止。硬化术中出血4例,经再次注射或附加气囊压迫后血止;套扎术未并发术中出血,1例套扎术后第13d再次出血,内科治疗无效,改行手术治疗。结论:内镜治疗对食管下段胃底静脉曲张疗效较满意,初步印象套扎治疗对静脉曲张明显者安全性较高。Objective： To study the effectiveness and reliability of endoscopic varicose vein ligation （ EVL ） and endoscopic variceal sclerotherapy（ EVS ）. Methods： 18 cases of EVL and EVS patients were reviewed from March 1995 to October 2005. Those patients with severe esophageal varicose were characterized by performing EVL and EVS. Results： The variceal of esophageal upside in 17 cases were apparently subsided by EVS and EVL. One gastric variceal bleeding was prevented by emergent EVS. 4 cases with acute hemorrhage caused by EVS were prevented by re-injection, Conclusion： Endoscopic therapy is effectiveness for esophageal varicose, EVL is more safe than EVS for severe esophageal varicose.
