摘 要:通过主成分分析对来源不同的29个香椿样本进行了性状研究与评价,结果表明:选优指标主要为质量指标,初步确定选优的形质指标为芽鳞颜色、芽鳞茸毛、初出嫩叶颜色、小叶形态、小叶光泽油亮程度情况、复叶柄颜色、小叶柄颜色、小叶排列紧密状况,在此基础上,选出了16个优良单株,并进行无性系繁殖,为香椿的性状评价、优株选择和繁殖提供了理论基础与实践经验。Biological characters of twenty-nine plants of Toona sinensis with different origin had been studied and evaluated by means of Principal Component Analysis, which showed that selection indexes of Toona sinensis mostly were quality character. Excellent indexes of character analysis were preliminarily determined: the color of bud scale, the hair of bud scale, the color of tender leaf, the shape of little leaf,the luster of little leaf,the color of compound leafstalk,the array of little leaf and the color of leafstalk. Sixteen superior plants of Toona sinensis were selected based on them and reproduced by asexual, which provided theoretic base and practical experience for character evaluation, superior selection and breeding of Toona sinensis.
