摘　　要：人本管理理念是高校体育教师管理活动的核心概念。高校在体育教师管理实践中应贯彻人本管理思想,确立以“人”为本的管理理念;完善管理方法,即建立和谐的人际关系、构建丰富的校园体育文化、发挥激励的强化功能;倡导柔性管理模式。The idea of human- based management is considered as a core concept for university PE teachers. By implementing the idea of human- based management in terms of the management of PE teachers, universities must establish the idea of human - based management; consummate the management method, namely the establishment of harmonious interpersonal relationship, construct the rich campus sports culture, and bring the function of intensive stimulation into play; advocate the method of emotional management.
