摘  要:碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)是一种兼有促有丝分裂原、血管生长因子、分化因子及神经营养因子等多种功能的生物活性物质。bFGF在视网膜的多种细胞内均有表达,参与视网膜细胞的分化、增生及损伤修复以及视网膜新生血管(RNV)的形成。bFGF与糖尿病性视网膜病变、视网膜静脉阻塞、早产儿视网膜病变等多种RNV相关性疾病有关,但在RNV形成中的作用尚存在争议,与其他因子协同促RNV形成可能是bFGF主要的作用机制。就bFGF的生物学特性以及与RNV的关系作一综述。Retinal neovascularization(RNV) is related to many ocular diseases,such as diabetic retinopathy,retinal vein occlusion and retinopathy of prematurity. The formation of RNV is a complicated process and there are many growth factors participating in different links. Basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) is a multifunctional growth factor with mitogenic, angiogenic,differentiation and neuroprotective properties,and several cell lines in retina express bFGF. bFGF plays an important role in proliferation,differentiation and wound healing of retinal cells. It has been presumed that bFGF is relevant to many RNV- related retinopathies,but controversy on its angiogenic ability in RNV is now arising. Many experiments demonstrated that bFGF is one of key factors contributing to RNV formation,however,lots of experiments have been demonstrated that bFGF is not necessary during this procedure. Synergistic effects with other growth factors may be the main mechanism of bFGF in the induction of RNV. Further investigation of those factors will provide new prospect for the prevention and treatment of the RNV-related retinopathies. Biological characteristics of bFGF and its relationship with RNV-related retinopathies are reviewed in this article.
