摘  要:目的探讨Hedgehog信号转导通路在皮肤鳞状细胞癌皮损中的激活水平及状态。方法采用免疫组化和原位杂交方法检测皮肤鳞状细胞癌皮损及正常皮肤中Hedgehog信号通路的Patched-1和Gli-1的蛋白水平及mRNA的表达和分布。结果Patched-1和Gli-1蛋白及mRNA检测呈明显阳性着色,主要分布于鳞癌细胞胞浆中。结论鳞癌皮损中Hedgehog信号转导通路处于激活状态。Objective To investigate the expression of Patched-1 and Gli-1 in squamous cell carcinoma, Methods Immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization were employed to study the expression of Patched-1, Gli-1 in the skin of squamous cell carcinoma and normal skin, Results There was significant stronger expression of Patched-1 and Gli-1 on the squamous cells carcinoma lesions. Conclusion Increased expression of the Hedgehog signaling pathway may play an important role in the pathogenesis and development of quamous cell carcinoma.
