摘　　要：在大量实验的基础上总结出氨基酸纸上电泳实验技术和操作要点。该技术有着操作简便,分离效果好,实验时间短等诸多优点。在分析实验教学中应用文中所述方法,可掌握一门快速分离和鉴别氨基酸的技术。This article summarized the experimental technology and operation outline of the paper electrophoresis for amino acid based on abundant experiments. The method takes advantages of simple operation, effective separation, short time and so on. The technology of fast separation and identification of amino acid will be grasped using this method during the analysis experiment.
