摘 要:目的研究厨房油烟复合式净化设备中过滤吸附段的最优结构,建立一套稳定的油烟质量浓度检测系统,开发出一种新型高效油烟气净化设备.方法从降低能耗和提高油烟捕集效率的角度出发,进行过滤吸附段的研制,利用SPSS软件按照正交设计布置试验,进行因子方差分析,利用统计学方法建立数学模型,实现产品的结构优化测试.结果在结构参数设计中,正交设计的应用可以定量地分析结构参数的大小对净化效率、阻力的影响,以及这种影响随因子水平的变化,从而得出设计合理、性能可靠的改造产品,其最优结构为:过滤材料选用YGL-2过滤毡,过滤器挡风板宽度为20 mm,气道深度为200 mm.结论采用复合方法获得各种独特的处理效果是油烟污染治理技术的一个主要发展方向,厨房油烟复合式净化设备将两种或多种除油机理综合运用,达到提高油烟气净化效率、减少阻力、降低能耗的作用,具有明显的社会效益和环境效益.The experiments were performed to explore the optimum structure of the filter, to establish a set of stable concentration-detecting system for the cooking oil fume and to develop a kind of high-efficiency oil fume purification device for common kitchens. From the aspects of reducing structure resistance and improving the filtering efficiency, the filtration and adsorption section is designed. The experimental techniques for the structural optimization are the establishment of mathematical modeling by the statistical method, the experimental layout by the orthogonal designing and the variance analysis on factors by SPSS software. The results indicate that the orthogonal designing applied to the experiment can quantificationally analyze the influences of structure parameters on the purification efficiency and the resistance with changes of levels. Thus the device structure designed is rational and the characteristics are credible. The optimum structure in the compound filter section is that the filter material is the YGL-2 filtering felt, the baffle width 20mm and the air current depth 200mm. In addition, the compound method, one of the new technologies in oil fume purification, was combined with two or more kinds of mechanisms. The method not only can enhance the purification efficiency, reduce system resistance and energy consumption, but also can bring obvious social and environment benefits.
