摘　　要：大豆皮主要成分为植物细胞壁和植物纤维,中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量高,木质素含量低,易消化,在反刍动物生产中既可作为能量饲料代替精料又可作为粗饲料,具有较高的饲用价值。对国内外大豆皮的应用研究进展情况进行了综述。The soybean hull contains primarily plant cell wall and plant fiber, of which the content of neutral detergent fiber is high and the content of lignin is low. It is very digestible and of a high nutritional value, and can be used not only as energy feed instead of refined feed, but also as coarse feed. The research progress of soybean hull in application both at home and abroad was summarized and it prospect was viewed.
