基于自动阈值与数学形态学的铁谱磨粒图像分割方法研究

摘　　要：文章提出了一种基于数学形态学与自动阈值法相结合的铁谱磨粒图像分割方法。此方法通过对自动阈值法处理后的铁谱磨粒图像进行形态学运算来获得更好的处理结果。试验结果表明,自动阈值分割法能有效的提取磨粒图像的特征,之后的形态学运算成功的去除了用自动阈值法处理的图像中的噪声点,获得了更可靠的图像信息。有助于实现铁谱磨粒的自动识别。The authors proposed an image segmentation method combining auto -threshold and morphology. This method applied the algorithm of morphology to the image processed by auto - threshold to obtain better result. Experimental results have verified that auto - threshold is effective to extract the features of wear particles image and the later algorithm of morphology is successfully eliminate the noise of the image processed by auto - threshold, which achieves more reliable information of the image. This method is helpful to realize the automatic recognition of wear particles.
