摘　　要：运用SWOT分析方法对福建港口发展的SWOT因素进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策,旨在为福建省加快海峡西岸港口群建设,提升港口竞争力起到抛砖引玉的作用。Port is playing a more and more important role in Fujian communications development in the course of construction of the economic zone along the west coast of Taiwan Strait. Aiming at accelerating port-cluster development along the west coast of Tainwan Strait and increasing the ports＇ competitiveness, this paper analyzes the factors （SWOT） relating to port development in Fujian Province by SWOT analysis method.
