摘  要:目的:探讨、完善脂肪乳剂制备小鼠高脂血症模型的方法。方法:采用胆固醇与猪油不同比例配方的脂肪乳剂连续灌胃给予小鼠7天,及停脂肪乳剂7天后,检测小鼠血清中胆固醇和甘油三酯的含量。结果:胆固醇20%、猪油40%比例的脂肪乳剂配方连续灌胃7天,可明显提高小鼠血清胆固醇和甘油三酯含量,并以升高甘油三酯水平作用显著,但停脂肪乳剂后7天血脂水平即恢复正常,不能维持;胆固醇10%和15%、猪油20%和30%比例的脂肪乳剂配方升高血脂水平作用不明显。结论:脂肪乳剂中胆固醇和猪油的含量高低是制备高脂血症的关键,此外实验动物种类、实验的操作及其他试剂的质量亦为影响因素。Objective:To investigate the procedure of the hyperlipemia model by intragastric administration of fat emulsion in mice. Methods: Three kinds of fat emulsion that were mainly composed of cholesterol and lard in different proportion were intragasrricly administrated for 7 days to make hyperlipemia model in mice. The serum concentration of cholesterol and triglyceride in mice were detected on 8th day and 15th day. Results: The fat emulsion that was mainly composed of 20% cholesterol and 40% lard, significantly increased the serum contents of cholesterol and triglyceride in mice, especially for triglyceride, however it could not keep. Other two kinds of fat emulsion that were composed of 10% /20% cholesterol and 15%/30% lard separately had no increasing effects. Conclusion: The proportion of cholesterol and lard in fat emulsion play a key role on preparing hyperlipemia model in mice, meanwhile the species of animals, the experimental operation and the quality of reagent were also important.
