摘　　要：目的:探讨GCDFP-15、Muc-1、及CK8在乳腺内外佩吉特病(Paget′sdisease)细胞中的表达特点。方法:利用免疫组化S-P法分别检测12例乳腺外佩吉特病(EMPD)、51例乳腺佩吉特病(MPD)及其伴发的乳腺癌细胞(BC)中GCDFP-15、Muc-1及CK8的表达。结果:GCDFP-15在EMPD中的阳性表达率高于MPD(P<0.05),Muc-1在MPD中的阳性表达率高于EMPD(P<0.05),CK8在MPD与EMPD中均呈高表达(P>0.05),三项指标在MPD及BC中的表达差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:MPD与EMPD表达不同的免疫表型,提示二者具有不同的组织分化特征。Objective To explore the expression of GCDFP-15,Muc-land CK8 in primary paget＇s disease . Methods Expressions of GCDFP-15,Muc-1 and CK8 were observed immunohistochemically in 63 cases of paget＇s disease （PD）. Results The expression of GCDFP-15 in MPD was signifcantly lower than that in EMPD（P 〈 0.05）. The expression of Muc-1 in EMPD was significantly lower than that in MPD （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The distinction of expression of mucus protein indicates that MPD and EMPD may possess different genesis or differentiation.
