摘  要:目的观察rhBMP-2/rhbFGF和rhBMP-2/rhIGF-I对种植体周围新骨形成的影响。方法64枚种植体平分为四组,Ⅰ组应用rhBMP-2和rhbFGF;Ⅱ组rhBMP-2和rhIGF-Ⅰ;Ⅲ组仅rhBMP-2;Ⅳ组不应用任何生长因子。种植体植入动物体内后4周、8周,分别注射钙黄绿素和茜素红;12周,处死动物。组织块MMA包埋,激光共聚焦显微镜观察。结果Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组中标记物均多于Ⅳ组;Ⅰ和Ⅱ组未发现差异;Ⅱ组标记物均多于Ⅲ组;而Ⅰ组黄绿色与Ⅲ组无差别。结论rhBMP-2可明显促进种植体周围新骨生成,与rhbFGF、rhIGF-Ⅰ复合,可促进骨结合。Objective To observe the influence of rhBMP-2/rhbFGF and rhBMP-2/rhIGF-Ⅰ on bone regeneration around implant. Methods Sixty-four implants were divided into 4 groups. Group Ⅰ was applied with rhBMP-2 and rhbFGF, group II with rhBMP-2 and rhIGF-Ⅰ, group Ⅲ with rhBMP-2, group IV without any growth factors. Caleein green and alizarin were injected i. v 4 and 8 weeks after implant was placed into the rabbit thighbone, and at 12 weeks the animals were killed. The block of bone with implant was embedded in MMA (methylmethaerylate) and sectioned. The percentage of color marked bone was measured by eonfoeal laser scanning microscope ( CLSM ). Results There were more marked bones( yellow-green and red color) in group Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ than in group IV, and no difference was found between rhBMP-2/ rhbFGF and rhBMP-2/rhIGF-Ⅰ groups. Group Ⅱ had more marked bone than group Ⅲ, but the red color bone showed no difference between the two groups. Conclusion rhBMP-2 could increase new bone formation and acted synergistically with rhbFGF and rhIGF-Ⅰ to improve implant-bone osseointegration.
