摘 要:目的比较国产碳纤维桩、进口碳纤维桩和镍铬合金铸造金属桩在固位力方面的差异,为国产碳纤维桩的临床应用提供理论依据。方法使用因牙周病拔除的上前牙,去除牙冠后将国产碳纤维桩粘固于根内,放在万能实验机上,加载与牙长轴平行的拉力直到桩脱位,记录脱位时的最大拉力数值,同时用进口碳纤维桩、镍铬合金铸造金属桩做对照组。结果国产碳纤维桩的固位力为(196.6±66.0)N,进口碳纤维桩固位力为(223.1±48.6)N,铸造金属桩的固位力为(159.6±30.5)N。统计学分析结果表明,国产桩和进口桩之间、国产桩和金属桩之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),进口桩和金属桩之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。拉力-位移曲线结果表明AllBond-2树脂粘接剂与进口碳纤维桩的粘接效果比与国产碳纤维桩的粘接效果好。结论国产碳纤维桩的固位力大于临床常用铸造金属桩,能够满足临床要求。Objective To compare the retention strength among the domestic carbon fiber post, imported carbon fiber post and chrome-nickel posts. Methods Thirty upper anterior teeth were collected and the crowns were removed. The domestic carbon fiber, imported carbon fiber post and chrome-nickel posts were bonded into the root canals and placed on the general testing equipment. Then, the values of maximum pulling strength to separate the root and post were recorded and statistically analyzed. Results The retention strength of domestic carbon fiber posts was ( 196. 6± 66. 0 ) N, while retention strengths of imported carbon fiber posts and chrome nickel posts were ( 223.1 ± 48.6 ) N and ( 159.6 ± 30. 5 ) N respectively. The retention strength between the imported carbon fiber post and chrome-nickel posts was significantly different, and there was no statistical difference in retention strength between domestic carbon fiber post and the other two types of posts. Conclusion The retention strength of domestic carbon fiber is greater than that of chrome-nickel posts and can meet clinical requirements.
