摘　　要：本文以当前高校贫困生的现状为切入点,在主体性教育与素质教育语境下,从高校贫困生自身需求视角出发,考察如何营造贫困生健康心理与良好个性的途径,形成新时期贫困生人才培养模式。Under the context of subjective education and quality--oriented education, the text will discuss how to shape the psychological cognition and healthy per--sonality of the poor college students and the new educational model of our universities in the new era.
