摘  要:目的:考察咳喘宁胶囊中挥发油β-环糊精包合物的稳定性。方法:以挥发油含量为测定指标,分别对包合物进行强光照射、高温、高湿、挥发性试验及恒温加速试验。结果:在强光、热、湿等因素影响下,包合物中的挥发油含量没有明显变化,而混合物中的挥发油含量均明显下降;挥发性试验结果表明,包合物的热失重百分率比混合物小。结论:挥发油β-环糊精包合物具有较强的抗光解性、热稳定和湿稳定性,其稳定性明显优于混合物。AIM: To observe the stability of β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound of volatile oil in Kechuanning Capsules ( Pericarpium citri reticulatae) METHODS : We used volatile oil as an index and made a set of tests of inclusion compound and mixture on their stability, such as tests under lamp light and high temperature or humidity, volatility test and constant-temperature accelerated test. RESULTS: Under influencing factors such as light, heat and humidity, the content of volatilize oil in inclusion compound did not change. In the mixtrue, however, the content of volatilize oil decreased. It showed that volatile oil in inclusion compound was much more stable under light, heat and humidity. In the volatility test, loss on drying of the compound was smaller than that of the mixture, indicating that inclusion compound could lower volatilization of volatile oil. CONCLUSION: Inclusion compound of volatile oil β-CD has the stability to light, heat and humidity to some extent. The stability of volatile oil in inclusion compound is obviously superior to that of original volatile oil.
