摘  要:目的:对非贵金属烤瓷表面使用不同的处理方法和不同的粘结剂粘结金属托槽,检测其剪切强度并比较。方法:将非贵金属烤瓷块118个随机分为18组,分别采用不同的表面处理剂和粘结剂粘结托槽,使用万能力学试验机检测剪切强度并进行统计学分析。结果:单独使用35%正磷酸进行表面处理,其剪切强度为0;如辅以硅烷偶联剂,其剪切强度明显提高,从1.046Mpa-27.778Mpa不等。结论:正畸医生如需在烤瓷冠上粘结正畸附件,首推35%正磷酸+硅烷偶联剂KH-570+光固化粘结剂或化学固化粘结剂(晶津釉质粘接剂)。Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the shear bond strength of mental bracket bonded to porcelain surface with different adhesive systems in vitro. Methods: 118 porcelain specimens were divided according to into 18 groups different surface treatments and adhesives bonding metal brackets to ceramic specimens. All specimens were loaded to failure in a universal testing machine. Data were subjected to paired samples test analysis. Result: The shear bond strength is 0, Only with the treatment 35% phosphoric acid. If with silane, the shear bong strength added strongly, from 1.046Mpa to 27.778Mpa. Conclusion: The best way of adhering bracket to porcelain is using 35% phosphoric acid, silane and light cure adhesive or chemistry adhesive. The shear bond strength by using this method is enough to lomplete orthodontics, and the cost is cheap.
