摘 要:目的:比较国产碳纤维桩与进口碳纤维桩、镍铬合金铸造金属桩修复的离体牙在抗折力方面的差异,为国产碳纤维桩的临床应用提供理论依据。方法:将因牙周病拔除的上颌尖牙,去除牙冠后,用国产碳纤维桩+树脂核+金属冠修复后放置在万能实验机上,加载与牙长轴呈135°角的压力,直至修复体折断,记录最大载荷,同时用进口碳纤维桩、镍铬合金铸造金属桩做对照组,进行对比实验。结果:国产碳纤维桩的抗折力1152.200±282.9023N,进口碳纤维桩的抗折力1368.100±402.5478N,镍铬合金铸造金属桩的抗折力1210.4±422.7217N。结论:国产碳纤维桩修复离体牙的抗折力,与临床常用的镍铬合金铸造金属桩修复离体牙的抗折力无显著差异,能够满足临床要求。Objective: Compare resistance strengths in restoring severed teeth between domestic carbon fiber post, imported carbon fiber post, and chrome-nickel posts; provide theoretical ground for applying domestic carbon fiber posts to clinical use. Methods: Restore upper anterior teeth removed from pericoronitis patients and ripped off coronal with domestic carbon fiber, resin and metal conoral; place the teeth onto general testing equipment, and stress with a force with 135 degree angle to axial of the teeth until the restored body breaks; record the maximum loading; conduct comparison test with imported carbon fiber and chrome nickel metal. Results: The resistance of breaking force of domestic carbon fiber is 1152.200± 282.9023, while the force for imported carbon fiber posts and chrome nickel metal are 1368.100± 402.5478 and 1210.4± 422.7217 respectively. Conclusion: The resistance of breading force of domestic carbon fiber has no significant difference from that of chrome nickel metal which is often used in clinical treatment, and therefore domestic carbon fiber can meet clinical requirements.
