摘  要:目的:研究硅烷偶联剂γ-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(γ-MPS)在钡玻璃表面的分子取向。方法:应用漫反射傅立叶变换红外光谱(DRIFT)对γ-MPS在钡玻璃表面吸附的特征谱带进行分析,根据C=O基谱带的变化判断γ-MPS在钡玻璃表面的分子取向。结果:γ-MPS低浓度时,分子在钡玻璃表面的吸附既有垂直取向又有平行取向;随着γ-MPS浓度的增高,垂直取向的分子逐渐增多,而平行取向的分子逐渐减少;当γ-MPS的浓度达到其在钡玻璃表面形成整体覆盖(单分子覆盖)时,γ-MPS分子在钡玻璃表面趋向于垂直取向。结论:揭示了硅烷偶联剂γ-MPS在钡玻璃表面的吸附特征,为新型复合树脂的研究和开发提供理论依据。Objective: To study the molecular orientation of the silane coupling agent γ-MPS on the surface of barium glass. Methods.. The specific bands of the silane coupling agent γ-MPS on the barium glass surface were analyzed by the use of diffuse reflectance infrared Forier transform (DRIFT) spectroscopy, and the molecular orientation of the silane coupling agent γ-MPS on the surface of barium glass was determined on the chang of C=O group band. Results: When the concentration of γ-MPS was low, the γ-MPS molecules oriented either parallel or perpendicularly onto the barium glass surface. The perpendicular molecules increased and the parallel ones decreased as the concentration of γ-MPS rising up. When the concentration of γ-MPS was just allow its molecules to form monomolecular coverage on the barium glass surface, all the γ-MPS molecules tended to erect on the barium glass surface. Conclusions.. The absorption behavior of a silane coupling agent γ-MPS was revealed on the barium glass surface, which provided the theoretical basis for the development of dental composite resins.
