摘 要:电动汽车续驶里程是现阶段研究的一个重要课题。针对目前电动车续驶里程短的问题,探讨了电动车传动系机械和电器部分的参数设计原则,从车辆动力学的角度建立了比较系统的电动车动力性和续驶里程计算模型。研究了电动车传动系参数选择和整车质量对续驶里程的影响,以某一型号电动轿车为研究对象,分析计算了五挡变速器和固定速比传动系的续驶里程,并给出了计算结果。进一步的实验表明,计算结果与实验值误差不超过5%,验证了本文所建模型。表明在样车设计阶段,利用该方法进行数值分析,有一定的参考价值和指导意义。The driving range of electric vchicles (EVS) is a very important subject in their current study. Concerning the question of short driving ranges of current EVS, the paper explored the principle and method of parameter design of the mechanical and electrical parts of the powertrain of EVS. A more systematic model for calculating dynamic characteristics and driving ranges was established from EVS dynamics perspective. The influence of powertrain parameter selection and gross mass of EVS on driving ranges was studied. Taking a model of EVS as its object of study, the paper analysed and calculated tile driving ranges of the powertrain that has five gears and constant-ratios. The calculation results were listed. Test results indicate that the error between calculation results and test results doesn't exceed 5%. The established model is verified. The method is useful for numerical analysis during the design of sample EVS.
