摘 要:用多体系统动力学分析软件ProMECHANICA/Motion建立了剪式座椅的动力学仿真模型。以HY-Z04型剪式座椅为例,仿真研究了座椅悬架系统的静刚度特性、振动传递特性—位移传递率η、以及座椅上的等效簧载质量m对位移传递率η的影响。仿真结果表明:在微幅振动条件下,所研究的剪式座椅振动系统表现为线性系统;随着m的增加,振动系统在振动放大区的位移传递率η增大,在隔振区减小;m对η的影响程度随座椅悬架系统中减振器阻尼的增大而减弱。The dynamic simulation model of a scissors linkage seat was established by means of the multibody system (MBS) program Pro Mechanica/Motion. Taking the HY-Z04 type scissors linkage seat as an example, the paper studied the static stiffness of the seat suspension system, the dynamic amplification factor η and the effect of the seat's equivalent spring mass m on η. The study shows that under the condition of small amplitude vibration the scissors linkage seat behaves like a linear vibration system; with the increase of equivalent spring mass m, the dynamic amplification factor η increases in the vibration-enlarging zone of the vibration system and decreases in the vibration-isolating zone. The degree of influence effect of mass m on η decreases with the increase of the resistance of the damper in the seat suspension system.
