摘  要:分析了永磁同步电机(PMSM)直接转矩控制(DTC)系统中电压矢量对磁链和转矩的影响,指出将磁链角度分区细化,可更好地发挥电压矢量的作用。根据电压矢量这一特性,以及PMSM DTC自身的特点,设计了一模糊逻辑控制器(FLC),将定子磁链误差、转矩误差和用于分区的磁链角度进行了合理的模糊分级,将其作为FLC的输入,通过模糊推理,以准确选择电压矢量,直接对电机进行控制。实验研究表明,这种基于电压矢量分析及PMSM本身特性建立的模糊DTC策略能获得优越的运行性能。This paper studies the effect of voltage vectors on flux linkage and torque in permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) direct torque control (DTC) system.It is proposed that voltage vector can be well utilized by making the flux linkage angle sections into several subsections.A fuzzy logic controller (FLC) is designed on the basis of the features of voltage vectors and PMSM DTC system; stator flux linkage error,torque error and stator flux linkage angle are all properly fuzzified into several fuzzy subsets as the inputs of the FLC;proper voltage vector is selected as the output of FLC after fuzzy reasoning in order to smooth the torque and quicken its response.Experimental result indicated that the proposed strategy,designed on the basis of the feature of voltage vector and the characteristic of PMSM,is able to achieve excellent performance.
