体质性黄疸的临床特点分析

摘　　要：加深对体质性黄疸临床特点的认识,减少误诊。回顾性分析21例确诊的体质性黄疸的肝功能、病毒学指标、网织红细胞计数、超声检查、肝活检及临床表现,与同期其他原因黄疸患者的临床特点作比较分析。体质性黄疸肝功能检查除胆红素升高外其它酶学均正常。病毒学指标阴性、超声检查无异常,网织红细胞计数在正常范围内;患者除黄疸外,一般无其他临床表现。藉此可与其他类型的黄疸进行鉴别诊断。To observe the clinical characters of syncratic jaundice and elevate the diagnostic level. Clinical data including liver function, viral index, reticulocyte count and ultrosound examination as well as liver biopsy were analysed vespectively. reticulocyte count and uhrosound examination as well as liver function such as ALT, AST, GGT, AKP are normal except bilirum in patient with syncratic jaundice, viral index of patients with syncratic jaundice is negative, There are no other clinical characters in patient with syncratic jaundice except jaundice. The clinical presentation and experimental examination of syncratic jaundice has pecularity, by which syncratic jaundice is made a differential diagnosis from other type jaundice,
