摘 要:所报道的驱油聚合物代号ODMB-B1,是针对渗透率0.1~0.3μm^2、宜使用中分子量(1.3×10^7~1.8×10^6)聚合物的大庆二类油藏研制的。参照抗盐梳形聚合物KYPAM的分子设计原理,将共聚单体由单侧基型改为双侧基型,在与丙烯酰胺生成的共聚物中,两个侧基扭成辫状,使分子链刚性增强,较低表观分子量(M^-a)的共聚物便具有较高的抗盐性。该聚合物在水溶液中不显示疏水缔合作用。ODMB-B1(M^-a=1.793×10^7,HD=23.8%)、KYPAM(1.992×10^7,29.0%)及日本三菱的HPAM MO-4000(2.514×10^7,26.4%)的溶解速率相近;1000mg/L溶液45℃,7.34s^-1黏度,在大庆清水(矿化度1g/L,钙镁15mg/L)中分别为88.7,66.5~76.6及64.4mPa·s,在大庆污水(4g/L,60mg/L)中分别为45.6,42.8~44.4及32.3mPa·s;浓度在200-2000mg/L范围时,COMB-B1溶液的黏度在清水中大于KYPAM溶液,而在污水中则相等,均远大于MO-4000溶液。ODMB-B1的幂律公式K值(稠度系数)在清水中显著大于而在污水中略大于KYPAM的K值,均远远大于MO-4000的K值;反映流体假塑性的n值,ODMB-B1与KYPAM的相近而MO-4000的较大。图4表2参5。The titled polymer for EOR, marked by COMB-B1, is developed for use in the 2nd category oil reservoirs of K in range 0.1-0.3μm^2 in Daqing, to which polymers of intermediate molecular mass, 1.3× 10^7-1.8×10^7, are appropriate. Starting from the molecular design principles of salts resistant comb-like polymer KYPAM, a comonomer with 2 side groups is used instead of one with single side group and the 2 side chain groups become braided in the comb-like acrylamide copolymer and lead to increasing the rigidity of main copolymer chain. With lower apparent molecular mass, M,, such polymer has higher tolerancy to salts. This polymer is not hydrophobically associating in aqueous solution. For COMB-B1 (M^-a = 1.793×107, HD = 23.8% ), KYPAM( 1.992×10^7, 29.0 % ), and Mitsubishi's HPAM MO-4000(2. 514×10^7, 26.4 % ), the dissolution rate in water is similar; the viscosity at 45℃ and 7.34 s^- 1 of 1 g/L solution in Daqing fresh water (FW, TSD = 1 g/L and Ca^2+ + Mg^2+ 15 mg/L) is of 88.7,66.5-76.6, and 64.4 mPa·s and in Daqing produced water (PW,4 g/L and 60 mg/L)is of 45.6,42.8-44.4, and 32.3 mPa·s, respectively. The viscosity of 0.2-2 g/L solutions of COMB-B1 is always higher in FW and similar in PW in comparison with that of KYPAM and is much higher in both cases than that of MO-4000. The K value in power law equation, consistancy coefficient, is larger notably in FW and a little in PW for COMB-B1 than that for KYPAM and is very little for MO-4000 in both cases; the n value, expressing fluid pseudoplasticity, is similar for COMB-B1 and KYPAM and is larger for MO-4000.
