废气生物处理装置自动监控系统的设计

摘　　要：生物法处理是国内较新的一种高效工业有机废气污染治理技术,而具有自动监控功能的智能化处理装置尚处于研制开发阶段。介绍了一种基于生物法处理技术的废气处理装置的基本结构,提出了基于PLC及网络通信技术实现其自动监控系统的方案,详细介绍了该监控系统硬件和软件实现方法。试验结果表明,该系统不仅可实现废气处理过程中各参量测定,而且可按照设定的不同工艺对装置进行自动调节控制。具有功能完善、运行稳定可靠、性价比高等特点。Biological treatment is an effective innovative technology for controlling air pollution in our country. The intelligent device offering automatic monitoring function is just under development. In this paper, the basic structure of such biological treatment device is presented. The strategy of implementing automatic monitoring system is based on PLC and network communication technology. The hardware and software of the system are introduced in detail. The result of experiment shows that the system is able to measure various parameters in treatment process, and automatic regulation control of the device can be accomplished in accordance with the settings for different techniques. The system features comprehensive functions, stable operation, and high cost effectiveness.
