准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术后眼压和光学区直径的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)后眼压与光学区直径的相关性。方法随机选择接受LASIK手术的近视患者62例(112只眼),按光学区直径分为3组:A组:光学区直径<5.5mm;B组:光学区直径5.5mm;C组:光学区直径>5.5mm。分别于术前以及术后第4周应用Goldm ann眼压计进行眼压测量,对术后眼压改变值与光学区直径作方差分析。结果和术前比较,术后各组眼压明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。A、B、C组平均眼压分别下降(3.38±0.36)mmHg、(4.02±0.24)mmHg、(4.84±0.44)mmHg,差异有显著性。结论LASIK术后眼压测量值低于真实值。眼压改变与光学区直径有关,光学区直径越大,眼压下降越明显。Objective To investigate the correlation between intraocular pressure（IOP） measurements and optical zone ablation diameter after laser in situ kemtomileusis（LASIK）. Methods 112 eyes of 62 patients with myopia that had undergone LASIK were divide into 3 groups according to optical zone（OZ） ： diameter-group A, OZ 〈5.5 ram;group B, OZ = 5.5 ram; group C, OZ 〉 5.5 ram. IOP was measured by a Goldmann applanation tonometer（GAT） before and 4 weeks after LASIK. An analysis of variance was used to determine the relationship between the reduction in IOP and optical zone diameter. Results IOP measurements 4 weeks after LASIK were significantly lower than before surgery （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The reduction in IOP of group A, B and C was 3.38± 0.36mmHg, 4.02±0.24mmHg, 4. 84±0.44mmHg , respectively, Conclusions IOP readings are lower after LASIK, The reduction in IOP is related to optical zone diameter.
