摘　　要：详述了交叉理论模型(TTM)的构成,介绍了一些锻炼领域中比较有代表性的使用该理论的研究,对TTM及锻炼领域中使用该理论的研究作了综合评价,认为对TTM各维度问卷是否适合中国被试需做进一步检验。The constitution of TTM was expatiated to introduce some representational studies using the theory in the exercise fields, and the comprehensive evaluation was given on TTM and the studies using the theory in the exercise field. It was indicated that further checkout should be carried out on whether the questionnaires of different dimensionalities were suitable in China or not.
