摘　　要：由于CUBA联赛的规模较建立之初已经发生了很大的变化,所以组织结构也必须作出相应的调整来适应这一变化,建议组织结构模式向“事业部制”转化。联赛在运动员的管理方面还没有形成统一的标准和详细的规定,建议CUBA制定关于运动员学习管理和奖学金管理的严格标准。在财务管理上,CUBA还需要加强自身的商业开发能力。同时,CUBA应该根据现状协调好与外部环境的关系,以利提高联赛的整体水平。Due to the great changes of the sizes of the league matches, its organization structure should be adjusted. It was suggested that the organization structure should be transformed to enterprise system. There were no formed standard and detailed regulation of the player management, accordingly, it was suggested that strict standard of management of the player＇s further study and scholarship system should be set up. The ability of continuing study of the CUBA players should be strengthened. Meanwhile, CUBA should improve the whole level of the league matches.
