摘　　要：采用抽样调查法,对中西南地区高校校级领导健康与健身状况进行研究。分析了中西南地区高校领导的健康现状、患病和亚健康概率、生活和工作习惯、健身频率和持续时间、健身项目及对健身活动的认识等。By using the spot check statistics, a study was conducted on the health and bodybuilding state of the leaders in universities in southwest and central China. An analysis was given to their current health state, probability of their being sick and of being sub-healthy, their living and working habits, their frequen- cy of taking bodybuilding activities, bodybuilding events and their recognition of taking sports etc.
