P^(27)在肾细胞癌中的表达研究

摘　　要：目的研究细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶抑制蛋白P27kipl行为的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测78例肾细胞癌及22例正常肾组织石蜡切片中P27蛋白的表达情况。采用χ2检验和直接概率法分析P27表达的意义。结果P27在肾细胞癌中的表达率高于正常肾组织,P27表达与肾细胞癌的临床分期无相关性,但与肾细胞癌的组织学分级呈负相关。结论P27与肾细胞癌的组织学分级呈负相关,可作为判别肾癌分化程度的标志物,并有可能成为判断预后的有用指标。We examined the expression of cyclin kinase inhibitor P^27 in the renel cell carcinoma （RCC） to evaluate the clinical significanee of the expression of P^27 and to find the relationship between the protein and the biological behavior of RCC.Methods The expression of P^27 in the paraffin section of the RCC from 78 cases and normal renal tissues（NRT） from 22 cases was detected by a SP combination of immunohistochemistry teehniques.The expression significance of P^27 was analysed by X^2 test and direct probability.Results The positive rate of P^27 in the RCC was higher than it in he NRT.There was no correlation on the expression of P^27 in the stages of RCC.However,the expression of P^27 in the RCC displayed negative correlation with histology grade. Conclusion The expression of P^27 in the RCC displayed negative correlation with histology grade. It also could be the marker to distinguish the degree of differentiation in the RCC and be a valuable index to decide pregnosis.
