易化技术配合感应电对脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢运动功能影响

摘　　要：目的:研究运用易化技术和感应电治疗对偏瘫患者上肢运动功能恢复影响情况。方法:64例患者为2000年1月至2004年12月我院神经内科住院病人,随机分成治疗组(易化技术加感应电治疗)和对照组(单予易化技术治疗)。两组均接受神经内科的常规治疗,病情稳定后即接受康复治疗。通过治疗前后采用Brunnstrom法评定上肢体运动功能恢复情况,同时评定并发症情况。首次评定在接受康复治疗前,再次评定在康复治疗后第10周,由同一医师进行。结果:治疗前两组上肢运动功能Brunnstrom分级及并发症种类及数量无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗后治疗组上肢运动功能Brunnstrom分级2级8例,3级22例,4级17例,5级6例,对照组2级13例,3级27例,4级11例,5级2例。治疗后优于治疗前,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组并发症种类及数量分别做治疗前后比较,治疗组明显少于于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:采用易化技术配合感应电治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者,能减少瘫肢并发症,使上肢肢体运动功能得到明显恢复,加快康复进程,疗效显著。Objective： To explore the effect of neuromuscular facilitation combined with faradism on upper limbs function in hemiplegic patients with stroke. Method： 64 patients were randomly divided into the therapy group （ neuromuscular facilitation combined with faradism group） and control group （ only neuromuscular facilitation ）. The upper limbs motor function was evaluated with Brunnstrom assessment before rehabilitative treatment and repeatly evaluation after 10 weeks＇s rehabilitative treatment by the prior doctor. Result： There were not significant difference in Brunnstrom grade between the two groups before rehabilitative treatment（ P 〉0.05 ）, and there were significant difference between the two groups after rehabilitative treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）, Brunnstrom grade in therapy group was significantly improved and companied with less complication（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： The neuromuscular facilitation combined with faradism can significantly improve the upper limbs motor function in early stroke and hemiplegic patient .
